Written licence, or the fan content policy.
We do not authorise the use of the SPRUNKI name, logo or character artwork by third parties except under a written licence signed by ShinStar LLC, or as set out in our fan content policy. Documents purporting to authorise such use that are not issued and signed by us are not valid.
Fan-made video content is the one case that needs no licence. It is permitted, we encourage it, and creators keep their platform revenue — subject to the five conditions on that page, including a link back to the official game at sprunki.com.
